About David Stackpole
Before becoming an attorney, David served as a United Methodist Pastor for fifteen years. Although David is still an ordained elder in the West Virginia Conference of the United Methodist Church, his passion for the law led him to the West Virginia University College of Law, where he earned a Juris Doctorate Degree.While in law school, David was an active member of the Moot Court Board, where he won the 2008 Baker Cup Competition, was a member of the National Team, and served as the Associate Chief Justice. He was selected to be a National Member of the Order of the Barristers. David served on student government and was the President of the Ethics Council for the College of Law. He also received the CALI award in Civil Rights.David was admitted to the West Virginia State Bar in October of 2009. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
