PMO for consolidation of shared services functional and technical shared services (‘11-‘13) bringing together shared operations for multiple business units into one centralized unit. PMO, Operations Support and Risk Management for NGC's Service Center Operations transformation supporting 60k+ employees. Responsibilities include developing strategic vision, migration of new services, PMO, and managing risks & dependencies. Held Top Secret Security Clearance while with Northrop.Enterprise Security Information System (ESIS) Sept. ‘13-Feb. ‘15: PMO responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Enterprise Security System, which will consolidate multiple disparate systems across the enterprise. The ESIS program costs ~$6.5M and will harmonize 10 primary security processes and enable additional efficiency opportunities, such as Enterprise SCI processing and Security Help Desk.

• Brought on to reposition and grow market share in the Dallas District. Hired and trained National Account Representative “Rookie of the Year” award recipient. Retained 100% of employees in a very challenging environment and year in 1999. Put training system in place to get reps up to speed and running, quickly and efficiently. Products include web-based HRIS solutions, with Integrated Payroll / Human Resources, Employee Self-Service, Automated Time and Attendance and Internet Recruiting packages. • Exceeded 1999 quota by 22%, despite a 6 month “stop-sell” due to a lack of implementation resources and turnover of two tenured sales employees in 1998. One of only two Western Region DVPs of Sales to qualify for President’s Club. Partnered with SAP, Peoplesoft, and Oracle to deliver the best solution for my clients.• Coordinated market research activities and surveys. Developed and implemented innovative marketing strategies to penetrate market and expand sales. Developed internal WEB site, which contained sales specific information, including competitive updates, sales procedures, and commonly accessed information.
