I started my career as a volunteer in emergency medical services the year 2006 with Fort Run Fire and EMS. I decided early on in my career that pre-hospital administration is my passion and to make a positive impact on the profession. Degrees, both undergraduate and graduate, have been achieved with focus being placed on EMS administration. I have had the pleasure to work in both rural administration for pre-hospital medicine and currently serve as a Training Chief for Wake County EMS. Publications have been achieved through collaborated research and presented throughout the United States. Currently still serve as a volunteer firefighter an active in EMS education through Wake County EMS Internal Academia.
