Developed an API/C# .Net application for Self-Install Billing Automation orders. Application queried Self Install Order tables for 8 different billers(tables) and flagged orders that had preexisting Unpaid debt and held the orders for research for five days. • Created an array of Order objects to be sent to a REST API Call to check for accounts with unpaid balances. • Inserted Orders with Unpaid debt to a SQL Database holding table and deleted records from Orders tables to allow time for representatives to research the customer’s account. • Updated records in holding table to be released for order processing if debt was cleared or if order was held for more than five days. • Configured C# program to adhere to programming standards and to flow with the Order processing framework for all billers orders. • Inserted contents of API responses to a log file to enhance troubleshooting.
