Customer Experience (Cx) Manager
CurrentResponsible for Product Development led Customer Experience (CX) for the next generation Global Ford Ranger and Ford Everest programs. Key responsibilities include:• Digital Experience – Leading the team responsible for the development and delivery of HMI (Human machine interface) to support advanced instrument cluster and display touch screens. • Static Experience – Leading the team responsible for the development and delivery of the layout, ergonomics and storage for interior systems of future vehicles.• Dynamics Experience – Leading the team responsible for the development and delivery of enhanced driving experiences in areas such as off-road driving and trailer towing.• Vehicle Connectivity – Leading the team responsible for development and delivery of advanced connected services into future Ford Ranger and Everest vehicles.• Vehicle integration – Leading the team responsible for total vehicle attribute integration
