I started work at Hearts First Ambulance Service at the outbreak of COVID-19 doing patient transfers out of Hospitals and moved on to being the on call medic at quarantine Hotels at Heathrow Airport. I joined First Aid Cover as an Emergency Care Assistant covering a wide range of events and was promoted to Team Leader in August 2009. This entailed looking after the event organisers and our staff during the event and ensuring any problems were relayed back to my operations manager so that the event would continue run smoothly.
