I am three times Salesforce Certified as an Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Business Analyst, have volunteer experience as a Salesforce Consultant at a community nonprofit, and am currently enrolled in the Talent Stacker program, an intensive program that teaches best practices in the implementation and administration of Salesforce. My technical skills are enhanced by soft skills honed through my experiences in both the corporate and nonprofit worlds: laser focus on details with eye on the big picture, ability to thrive in lightning-fast environments, flexibility to work in a team or solo, what I dub my "organized imagination", big organizational skills, and emphasis on cross-functional communication.What I love most in a work environment is being the glue that holds the team together, making sure everyone has what they need to work at their very best so that clients soar. I have a deep passion for Salesforce and especially for diagnosing business problems and finding the best solutions whether they be technical, procedural, or outside-the-box! With over 17 years of experience in the Banking, Real Estate and Nonprofit worlds, I have strong analytical skills with an interest in understanding data and utilizing information to make informed decisions. From my roots in Okinawa, Japan, I have a strong sense of ikigai and chanto suru, gaining purpose in work from doing things well, while being a help to others whenever I can.Outside of my passion for Salesforce, I enjoy travel, Broadway shows, comic books, and scouring record shops for vinyl finds.
