Primarily responsible for; Installing and configuring new software applications, including anti-virus software, Adding and configuring workstations and servers, Performing weekly audits of systems and software, Performing backups of systems and user data, Appling operating system updates and configuration changes, Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc., and answering technical queries. Also responsible for documenting the system configuration, System performance tuning, and troubleshooting any reported problems.

Senior Software Engineer. As a member of the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG), I supported the MSFC in maintaining the current CMMI Level 3 practices and methodologies as well as managing artifact collection to ensure that the MSFC Ground and Flight Software Branch maintained their current Level 3 certification. My primary responsibility for the organization besides CMMI was maintaining and updating the organizational and project metrics, including cost and schedule. In addition I have developed related work instructions, procedures and training material for the MSFC Space Sciences Department (ES50). I also prepared for and supported the CMMI Team in accomplishing all activities required for the CMMI Level 3 SCAMPI A milestones. This included, self-teaching myself Microsoft ACCESS in order to develop and maintain a number of supporting tools (i.e. Action Item, training and Lessons Learned Databases). I have participated in a number of successful CMMI Level 2 and 3 assessments as a member of the assessment team. I was a member of the assessment team which awarded MSFC their CMMI Level 3 recertification in August 2010.

Embedded Software Engineer: I was the lead of the Hardware Simulation Laboratory (HSL) Software Process Team for four years. I was responsible for coordinating all information technology efforts (specifying, costing, assisting in procurement, receiving, installing, and testing) at HSL as well as configuration, system and network management. I assisted CM in the development of CM/DM plans and participated in Software Assurance audits. As the process focal for HSL, I participated in the development of all of the software process related documentation (SDPPs, SDPs, SRS, SDD, STPs, CMP), In addition, was responsible for developing and maintaining the earned value metrics to track project cost and schedule progress, coordinate formal peer reviews and ensured that HSL maintained it's adherence to the CMMI Level 3 standard. I have proven oral and written skills having worked on two major proposals in the last year of employment with PWR; the Constellation Ares I Upper Stage (wrote the element integration section) and the Ares I Instrument Unit (authored the SDP) proposals and the Basis of Estimates for Flight Software Support.
