Oversee projects lasting 6-24 months for the US Army Corps of Engineers’ Oracle-based Financial Management System. Serve as Scrum Master for multiple geographically diverse scrum teams. Use Agile-Scrum development methodology, Jira, and MS Project. Work closely with government Product Owners and stakeholders, manage team of technical writers. Because we are a small company, I help out in many areas, including BA, QA, tech writing, RFP responses, etc.

Led the Sales Engineering, Service Delivery, and Enterprise Field Operations teams, with end to end responsibility for the design, deployment, and installation of solutions for business customers in Arkansas and Tennessee. Delivered voice, video, and data products including hosted VoIP, PBX, and Internet circuits delivered via GPON, Active Ethernet, and HFC. Also handled CATV, WLAN, Metro Ethernet, Security, and cabling solutions.

Led a 7x24x365 multi-site Network Operations Center (NOC) with 130 employees. Supported 1.3 million ATM and Ethernet circuits in an ISP network. Oversaw service delivery of new customer video and data orders. Resolved network issues escalated by front-line technical support organizations. Provided a helpdesk for internal field technicians installing and troubleshooting data circuits. Performed network grooms and network outage identification.

Managed a Technical Assistance Center (TAC) that supported ATM-based ADSL circuits in a service provider network. Configured move/add/change/delete orders. Handled network troubleshooting and provisioning for field technicians installing ADSL circuits. Provided second level support for network issues escalated by front line tech support teams.
