Responsible for all golf service operations for a high-volume 57 hole facility operating up to 21 hours per day. Hired, trained , and supervised over 75 employees in 5 departments including tournament activities, on-course service, player service (cart staging/return and practice area activities), retail merchandise, and reservations call center operations. Call center operations handled incoming call traffic for two additional facilities. Also, managed all golf advertising, marketing and promotions including digital, print, and package sales and developed the facilities first revenue management procedure.

Managed all member service related to golf operations. Responsibilities included event planning and operations, retail merchandising and general member service. Hired, trained and supervised over 20 employees. Instituted a new tee time reservation system resulting in improved member satisfaction. Successfully trained and mentored the club's next head professional who is still employed today.
