I am interested in teaching, clinical work and/or coaching opportunities in my areas of expertise. I teach a variety of courses in exercise science and athletic training, most specifically biomechanics, kinetic anatomy, exercise physiology and injury assessment. I am actively engaged in scientific research and have extensive background in clinical athletic training at the collegiate and Olympic levels. I have also worked in both coaching and biomechanics consulting in Track & Field at the university level. Present Employment (by job title): - Professor of Biomechanics, Department of Kinesiology, West Chester University- Graduate Coordinator, MS in Exercise and Sport Physiology, West Chester University- Director: West Chester University Human Performance Laboratory- Affiliated Research Faculty, Temple UniversityScientific Research:Biomechanical risk factors for ACL injuries in females; Alignment, muscle activation, ground force attenuation, leg spring stiffness and performance analysis. Active in West Chester University Human Performance and Temple University Biokinetics Research Laboratories. Author of refereed journal publications, manuscript reviewer in Biodynamics for Journal of Athletic Training, Journal of Sport Rehabilitation, and British Journal of Sports Medicine.
