Responsibilities and achievements included:• Improving NCT’s digital offering, for example developing digital versions of existing print magazines, overhauling the provision of evidence-based information for parents online, which was viewed by 5 million unique visitors a year, and setting up a pilot Pinterest site.• Creating and delivering NCT’s first internal communications strategy for 6,300 staff, volunteers and practitioners. The new monthly enews doubled traffic to the intranet within three months.• Leading the development of a Commercial Activities Policy to ensure consistency and transparency in decisions on trading and corporate fundraising income of £6 million per annum. -

Responsibilities and achievements included: • Leading the successful development and implementation of the new brand across 200 branches and 20,000 volunteers, including launching a new website. • Creating and implementing a volunteer recruitment campaign which resulted in the largest number of new volunteers joining the organisation for 16 years, reversing a long-term decline.• Designing and delivering a new intranet and monthly magazine for 18,500 volunteers. The former saw a 400% increase in daily traffic within six months. -
