I have worked within Centrica Connected Home as a technical support agent, and recently been heavily involved in co-ordinating and reviewing the fraud process for Hive. I analyse data provided by the business and implement rules and processes to reduce and prevent fraud.

This role involved investigating and tracing customers who have moved house, using Experian and other industry tools. Interviewing customers to make sure they received a refund on their policy.

Investigation of policies incepted and current. I currently have access to SIRA, CUE, miaftr, MID, FIND, HPI and Datacash. I am registered with IFIG and IFB.

• My duties ranged from answering customer queries and calculating car and home insurance quotes to managing a portfolio of policyholders at the renewal of their policies.• I managed the branches in Linlithgow and Corstorphine and was able to successfully transfer my skills gained in these branches to a larger branch in Glasgow as the Assistant Manager.• My management roles included training and induction of new recruits and on-going training and support to the more established members of these branches, whilst still retaining a portfolio of policyholders.
