Develop a market to result in new account acquisition. Develop relationships with existing accounts. Develop presentations to showcase products to both wireless teams and potential clients. Discover pain points with potential clients and develop solutions to customer responses. Prospect within assigned territory to drive leads and opportunities.

Sell new lines of service and upgrades along with data features, accessories and other services to attain high revenue dollars. Met and often exceeded set goals consistently. Perform management duties, including cash management, inventory, and store opening and closing procedures. As a keyholder, responsible for customer escalations, striving for first call resolution every time. Answer any questions that other representatives have, including questions about sales, processing, policies, etc. Maintain constant training to remain ahead of the curve on wireless products and services, as well as selling techniques. Assist other sales reps in areas that I may excel in, while listening to ideas from other sales reps in my weak areas of sales.
