I am a Retired Partner and the National Tax Leader for the Private Client Service Practice at EY, and previously the Co CEO at RSM Richter, LLP. I have worked with a variety of industries in the development of innovative tax planning strategies and compliance matters. I bring forth a depth of knowledge gained through practicing exclusively in the area of taxation for more than 25 years. My experience includes corporate and personal tax, development and implementation of tax planning strategies, cross-border tax issues, estate planning, corporate tax restructuring and due diligence.
