I am a current PhD student in Inorganic and Materials Chemistry at University of Nevada Reno focused on producing valuable products from waste and abundant resources. I graduated from Carleton College with a BA in Chemistry. I have industrial experience working as an Environmental & QC Lab Analyst at Gopher Resource and Chemical Pilot Plant Lab Technician at Aqua Metals. I have proven my ability to contribute to different types of programs in multiple ways due to my personable and communicative personality. I have a strong laboratory background and experience with several analytical instruments including ICP-OES/MS, AA, NMR and UV-Vis. Additionally, I have some coding experience using AWS and SQL.
