Formerly Cardno Structural Engineering....merged into IMEG on 05/30/2020. Performed structural design and construction administration on 4-level precast concrete parking garage and central utility building & yard for new $500M major technology campus in Austin. Performed structural design and construction administration of 8-level precast concrete parking garage (2,300 cars) and an elevated wood boardwalk (steel framed) that serpentines through 20-acre site, for a new $300M technology campus in Austin. Managed construction administration on a few other projects.- Third-party verification of structural analysis calculations/drawings for six (6) steel framing installations for assembly line retooling at major electric vehicle production factory in Austin- Construction admin of a few other projects previously designed in-house by other structural engineers that had resigned from the firm.- Reviewed nearly 500 construction submittals, and provided responses to 450 field RFI's.

Structural Project Manager. Performed structural design and construction administration for two (2) local area entertainment building venues.- Structural design and construction admin for a 35,000 sq ft expansion to an existing entertainment center building in Austin, with proposed indoor roller coaster ride.- Structural design and construction admin for a new bowling/entertainment center addition to an existing department store building in San Antonio. The work involved the addition of a 50ft tall x 26ft wide triangular tower of top of existing two-story building, and strengthening of the existing building structure.- Both of these projects involved precast concrete panels and steel framed construction.

Coordinated site layout/design with internal consultants (utility, electrical, structural) and coordinated with local jurisdiction planning review departments to resolve permit review approval comments.(Telecommunications Division):September 2011 - July 2017: Performed detailed structural analysis of original, modified, and proposed antenna frames on existing telecommunication towers and building rooftop sites. Reviewed existing as-built/facility drawings for each site. Performed on-site surveys/investigations when required to confirm unknown site information. Fast-paced project work that required balancing multiple project sites/deadlines. Provided engineering support to construction issues as needed.
