Already during my studies, I was interested in the connections between chemicals and their effects on human health and the environment. This was amplified by my voluntary engagement in hazard material unites of the civil protection service and my student job at SAP BCS. These factors made me become a chemist that creates chemical safety and compliance on the basis of scientific data, with high passion for toxicology and SAP. It’s these passions that always drive me to understand all the gear wheels between scientific toxicology, the legislations and the IT systems of the chemical industry.But that’s not all that happened up to now. During my time at Brenntag I was given the chance to coordinate an international, intersectional team within a data migration project between different SAP systems.Beside my daily job as a Regulatory Affairs Manager, Henkel gives me the wonderful opportunity to finalize my toxicology part-time studies at the University of Leipzig.I never forgot one of the pillars that formed me and brought me where I am today. So I still use my professional know-how to strengthen my volunteering and so I became an advisor on chemical accidents for local fire departments. Beside that I give trainings for firefighters and once a year a lecture within a symposium at the university of Siegen.
