Responsible for the provision of Market Data services for Investment Banking EMEA, first line customer support to bankers to enable them to complete their tasks and projects.• Provided support to the Business to ensure bankers have timely and required access to the services essential to their role, giving permission to users for their requested entitlements and contacting vendors. Providing details of access and how best to utilise.• Organised training and inductions for new staff, liaising with vendors and internal teams. Provided one-to-one training on desktop products and produced training materials.• Involved in key Market Data initiatives including; a trial of 4 different market data platforms to select a standard package of desktop services for IBK bankers; data analysis projects looking at banker database usage leading to cancellation and reduction of market data terminals and contracts; testing and evaluating new databases.• Provided information and in depth analysis on companies and industries to internal departments using a variety of online sources and databases.

Provided information and research to all departments of the BBC, ranging from programme makers including News and Current Affairs to Corporate Affairs. Primarily working for Network Radio and Regional/Independent productions utilising online sources, press cuttings and books to research information for producers, journalists, and presenters.
