David focuses on originating, executing and representing 3i on the boards of mid-market private equity investments across Europe. He Co-Heads the UK team and leads its activities in the technology (product and service) sector, he has also spent material time across 3i's international offices, especially in the US. David has worked on number of investments for 3i, including the acquisition of Digital Barriers (VSaaS technology provider), Aspen Pumps (market leader in condensate removal pumps) and Audley Travel (tailor-made holiday specialists) in the UK, Ohio based Q Holdings (manufacturer of precision moulded rubber components for the auto and medical industries), the acquisition of Wisconsin headquartered Dynatect (manufacturer of critical components designed to protect and elongate equipment lifetime and promote worker safety) and the sale of London based Civica (international provider of specialist IT systems and business process services).David currently sits on the board of Audley Travel and Digital Barriers. Prior to 3i, he was an investment banker at Close Brothers and DC Advisory Partners
