1975 – 1998 David held various positions at (General Motors)

1993 to 1996. David as a vendor interacted with (General Motors then CEO Robert C. Stempel) and Dick Thompson / “Robert C. Stempel” “Was generally considered the father of the electric vehicle for G.M.,” Dick Thompson, who worked for Robert C. Stempel, a mechanical engineer later became chairman of Energy Conversion Devices, a suburban Detroit company that builds solar panels and created the battery technology used by hybrid cars. As chief executive, Mr. Stempel approved the EV1 electric car, which became the subject of the documentary “Who Killed the Electric Car?” after G.M. later canceled the project. The EV1 would have been the first mass-produced electric vehicle. “He’s generally considered the father of the electric vehicle for G.M.,” Dick Thompson, who worked for Mr.Stempel in recent years, said. “That was always his passion.”

David Demonstrated the first printer that could print directly to pressure sensitive vinyl utilizing Jim Scott Fargo Printers now “PrimeraTechnology, Inc. “Designed and wrote the first graphics, raster imaging processing software (RIP) algorithm to fill color space for large format printing systems, ( Xerox electrostatic printers, Cal-comp”Lockheed Martin” electrostatic printers, Hewlett-Packard (HP) Large format printers, Epson Large format printers, Engineered product development program for Seal Graphics, GBC, 3M, Laminates and laminating equipment for large format printing, Image transfer equipment. Designed and delivered large format map printing systems to US Military Command Centers, The Company was later sold for$27,000,000.00.

1981 Formed “Sterrett Consulting Services” Design and build high end computer-assisted design systems, Data base systems, and Sat-com communication systems for US Military.
