About David Stevens

Fishing from the southwest for over 30 years. Presntly run the family trawler Crystal Sea SS 118 with my brother Alec. Have spent quite a bit of time in the north east of scotland gaining exsperience. We have a website which we use to inform the public of the good work that goes on in the fishing industry.We work with CEFAS, DEFRA and MMO scientist as to understand and to manage our fishery more effectively.We take people to sea quite regulary, mainly journalists and students needing exsperience.My Brother and I recently fulfilled a long term ambition of building a new vessel at macduff shipyards.
