In my role as Senior Director, AI, I lead the integration of artificial intelligence into our behavioral health practice management and clinical solutions as well as our internal customer success operations and other internal functions. Our focus is on serving the needs of providers and educators working with individuals with autism spectrum and related intellectual developmental disorders, wherever they are being served. My mission is to guide our organization and our clients towards advanced operational efficiencies and improved clinical outcomes, impacting both internal processes and external care delivery.Key Responsibilities:Piloting and Development: Leading AI tool and feature development.Delivery and Implementation: Ensuring AI integration into our workflows.Governance and Compliance: Overseeing AI compliance with regulations.Alignment: Developing and assuring alignment to internal and external ethical guidelines.Quality Monitoring: Evaluating AI solutions' performance and impact.Central to my role is the promotion of AI innovation and continuous learning through our organization. In collaboration with our functional departments, product, and engineering teams, and under the guidance of our newly formed Scientific Advisory Board, I work with internal thought leaders and subject matter experts, including a dynamic team of 7 BCBA-D's/PhDs and over 40 BCBAs, as well as ABA business and clinical leaders. Together, we ensure our AI initiatives align with core principles of Transparency & Traceability, Values Alignment, Responsive Modeling, Data Security and Privacy, and Inclusivity.
