I love coaching because, while it is true of all aspects of our lives, it is in the workplace particularly that we find ourselves falling prey to unhelpful thinking traps and limiting beliefs. These behaviours often prevent us from flourishing in the way we could and should. Coaching has the potential to help us grow and transform. I derive great satisfaction from helping people identify obstructive thinking traps and behaviours that prevent them from performing at their best. By working with them to unlock alternative ways of behaving, they become able to achieve things they never believed possible. I offer free one-off 60-minute chemistry sessions.
