I facilitate teams and one-to-one executive coaching - virtually or in person (Covid -19 dependent)

As a coach for the Virtual Training Team I lead on programmes that help trainers make the transition from Face to Face to Virtual facilitation. I run a train the trainer course as well as coach soft skills training programmes, e.g. collaboration skills.

In my long association with Mind Gym I have coached and trained with hundreds of company teams helping them to be better at what they do.

I have filled a wide variety of roles at this world renowned Opera House including that of Founding Joint Artistic Director of the Youth Opera Company. Ensemble singing is the ultimate team sport!

Creative Voices was the largest privately funded education project in South Africa in its time under the leadership of the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden. As the project co-ordinator, I steered the strategic roll-out of the programme and worked extensively in the poorest education facilities in South Africa to enshrine the role of the Arts in schools and young people's lives.

As Head of Department and member of the school’s Senior Executive Team, I helped lead what is considered to be Africa’s leading art school through the transition from being a segregated school of South Africa’s apartheid era into a thriving example of democratic education. I created the strategy for the roll-out of the syllabus, as well as taught and mentored hundred of students who have become leading professionals in their field.
