My primary role was to deploy and embed the Supply Chain reporting technology (SAP BI) across various functional boundaries and markets of Europe, Asia, LAC and North America. I managed the BI elements of analyse, design, build and deployment.•Conducting fit/gap analysis for supply chain reporting processes against the global solution•Release management with an emphasis on testing and management of multiple release partners•Management of BI deployment plans and milestones•Development of training materials and delivery of in market training•Ensuring worldwide BI system report, data and user integrity (60+reports – 850+users)•Partnering with Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning and Vendor Collaboration rollout activities•Partnering with the Supply Chain Capabilities program to ensure the pipeline for supply chain planning talent evolved and grew (COE’s). Providing team/group training.•Integration with other global projects such as S&OP•Development support for the worldwide KPI dashboard.

•Generation of supply and capacity plans that supported and maintained inventory strategy. Responsibility for planning inventory with an average value of $40m. Responsibility for minimizing obsolescence costs for product and materials. •Responsible for weekly and monthly supply and product availability reporting including KPIs, monthly calls, weekly health tracker and/or risk assessments, sku exceptions.•Responsible for active participation in new product start-ups, run-outs, and overall project driven transitions in supporting Innovation/Renovation across multiple projects. •Responsible to maintain system databases (i.e. APO and SAP ECC) accurately and timely.•Responsible to conduct root cause analysis of multiple information streams

•Develop and deliver the weekly production/capacity plans for Runcorn Canning & Bottling, closely liaising with demand planners from Island of Ireland and Europe, domestic breweries and various global markets.
