Customer Relations & Negotiations – preservation and creation of customer relations (PennDOT, engineering firms, contractors, municipalities, private entities) as well as negotiation of contracts, job and material pricing.

Supervision and direction of finance, accounting, payroll, administrative, estimating, project management and purchasing functions as well as garage, HMA asphalt plant and Marcellus Shale aggregate production operations. Supervision of 6 employees in the day-to-day activities surrounding capital expenditures, time reporting, PPE and A/D, inventory, and physical audits related to epix Internet Services and Commonwealth Telephone Company.Capital and Depreciation Forecasting - key role in determining capital and depreciation projections.Capital Project Approvals - analysis and approval of capital and project related expenditures.Fixed Asset Systems - maintenance of several different types of fixed asset systems including FAS Asset Accounting System.
