Dave has over 39 years of design experience as a project engineer and project manager on KYTC and Metro Louisville projects ranging from minor intersection improvements to large interchange design, complex corridor projects involving multi-disciplined teams of professionals, including industrial complex connector roadways, along with HSIP corridor and intersection improvement projects throughout Kentucky. Dave has performed all aspects of roadway design from preliminary plans to final grade, interchange and intersection design/modification, drainage, maintenance of traffic, erosion control, traffic analysis and right-of-way plans. An active member of ACEC, Dave serves on the Professional Development sub-committee. Dave diligently manages the project scope, schedule and budget on all of his projects to meet the KYTC expected milestone deliverables.
