Manages a team of developers building and maintaining e-commerce sites in Magento 2 CommerceArchitects solutions for integration with other business-critical ERP and CRM systems for seamless customer and service journeys across the enterprise. These include Salesforce, Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365, Syteline, Salsify, ShipperHQ, Talend, and others.Supports acquisition activities by migrating new business units to our centralized Magento Commerce Cloud infrastructure and forming new business processes for running e-commerce operations.Supports catalog management and syndication through Salsify product information management

Implemented Salsify for product content enrichment and syndication to various online sales channels.Launched a new Magento 2 Commerce store (using Magento Cloud), bringing together disparate departments to work together on a completely new implementation of the platform and a new site design.For this project, I managed relations with our development partner, as well as contributing to and managing our own internal development efforts. This process involved building a Laravel middleware application, as well as building Magento 2 modules that exposed custom API endpoints for the purpose of order synchronization.Features built into our middleware application: - Syncing raw product data from Dynamics AX to Salsify - Syncing enriched product content from Salsify to the store, which created simple and configurable products and also synchronized product image galleries and customer attributes - Syncing Dynamics AX customer data to our store for B2B customer accounts - Syncing price information from Dynamics AX to the store using applicable price tiers and mapping them to the corresponding customer groups.

Maintains and implements cloud-based SaaS integrations like Zendesk, Zapier, etc.Developed and deployed a new catalog website built on Magento 2.0. Developed Laravel API site to serve offline order history requests via ETE's CRM.Consistently updating Magento Modules and Theme code to suit customization requests and extend the Magento platform utilizing Git, PhpStorm, Datagrip, Sequel Pro, and AWS.Deployed infrastructure in Amazon Web Services to host Magento site utilizing EC2, S3, RDS, Elasticache, Elastic Search, and Route 53.

These include servers running Windows 2008 R2 and Ubuntu Linux.Implemented a virtual server infrastructure with VMware Vsphere and virtualized all hardware based Windows and Linux servers.Implemented Zendesk to centralize customer communications via email, phone, and web chat.Developed PHP/MySQL warehouse inventory database with automated threshold alertsManaged E-commerce Solutions (Volusion, Magento, CS-Cart) by installing updates and/or performing database operations and managing 3rd party integrations such as ShipStation, Zendesk, etc.Installed and maintained VPN connection with Cisco ASA firewalls and then migrated physical network infrastructure to a new combined location.Supported and maintained network printers, desktops, laptops, tablets, and thin clients.Created SKU numbers for all products, and then implemented a pick and pack bar-code scanning solution for order accuracy and inventory control. Implemented Magento E-Commerce shopping cart solution, and migrated orders and customer data from Volusion to Magento. Re-created entire product catalog based on the new SKU numbers and added several custom 3rd party extensions for increased web store functionality.
