System Administrator for over 90 IESS accounts and 30 SOLARIS work stations. Managed the receipt and dissemination of high priority information requests. Devised and implemented a training program for IESS user and advanced operator functions. Trained over 45 soldiers on daily system management, as well as incoming system upgrades.
