Responsible for planning, scheduling, and driving activities to achieve objectives for the Next Generation Access team. Focuses include deploying a National Passive Optical Network (PON) for Triple Play customers and developing a sustainable technology refresh program for Customer Premise Equipment.

Partnered with Business Services stakeholders to identify and document workarounds for all processes and noncritical blockers. Was responsible for testing system updates and writing end user technical training documentation for the Ethernet and SD-WAN programs.

Responsible for developing and deploying market development and sales tools for Comcast Business Services. The scope included working with cross functional teams to review current-state processes, manage business and functional requirements, supervise system enhancements and coordinate market deployment activities.
