My role was to ensure profitable growth and to meet all objectives by executing State Catering sales plans while maintaining strong relationships with distributors.Key accountability areas:  Delivery of sales targets both NSV and contribution.  The management of trade spends. Build and manage internal/external partnerships to ensure delivery of state Catering team objectives through formal reviews conducted as per agreed frequency. Maintain all administration via accurate and timely completion of all admin activities within specified deadlines. Support the adherence to Class A organization standards within the Division through forecast accuracy within tolerance. Comply with all legislative/statutory obligations and company policies. Identify opportunities to support ongoing Foodservice growth by managing and monitoring plans within distributor groups. Ensure ranging of new products with distributors. Monitor market and industry trends. Recording and reporting of competitor and customer activity. Sharing of information with internal stakeholders. Proactively build an environment that engenders and promotes the organizations core values. Proactively build a positive team environment.
