The metal is cut, conditioned, assembled into layers, and processed through a mill that applies heat and pressure to bond the metals together. Various sized blanks are then stamped out depending on which product it will ultimately be used to create.Forming Dept. − This Cell forms the blank into the rough form of the final product (shell) and performs some of the final finishing. Forming technology used includes hydraulic presses, spin forming, and hydroform presses. Lathe and Hilite machines are used to condition the lip / rim / interior of the product.
