Position previously titled Area Support Manager.As the Scouting Relationship Manager for Tri-Shores Council, I provided direct support to Scouting Groups within the Council. Account management facilitating the relationship within the Scouting network to ensure program quality, safety leadership, membership engagement through excellent customer service to positively impact our mission through membership growth. Responsibilities include setting and managing expectations of parents and volunteers to enable safe, fun, youth led adventures based on plan-do-review.Collaboratively develop and implement plans for volunteer recruitment, support, and territory capacity building that ensure delivery of consistent, high quality youth programs.Carry out assigned duties to meet objectives set by boards of directors or senior management.Speak to community groups to explain and interpret agency purposes, programs, and policies.Through proactive visits and communication, establish and maintain positive relationships with Community Sponsors, Council, Area, Group, and Section leadership teams.Facilitate compliance with organizational policies pertaining to member registration, volunteer screening, and program safety.Strategically identify and work locally to leverage growth prospects while ensuring sustainable management of the existing membership base.-Leading a team of Key Account Managers in developing and executing Strategic Account Plans to grow the Scouting movement by building healthy Groups (Franchises) that deliver excellent program and value to its clients (Parents and Youth)-Ensuring safety is upheld as a core value, both in risk management and youth protection-Coaching local management teams to deliver their business plans-Increasing the engagement and satisfaction levels of our Key Stakeholders (Volunteers, Youth and Parents)
