Running one of the largest store's in the STA network with a team of 11 people. My role is to motivate the team members to achieve sales targets and KPI's as well as to bring a new demographic to the store. They have historically been known for booking student travel. My remit is to engage with the particular clientele at Bluewater an bring in higher revenue bookings. This was achieved through working closely with marketing and utilising as many events as possible.

My role is to ensure the extremely high Kuoni service standards are lived by each day whilst making various store targets for sales and Net Promoter Scores. The store was one of the worst performing stores in 2015 and by my departure it was in the top 7 performing stores in the country for revenue and the in the top 3 for Net Promoter Scores across all touch points.

I joined Quest at there launch to help build and establish product through cultivating relationships with local suppliers and destination management companies in Asia, Australia and Africa. The role evolved into sales and I took lead for Asia and Australia culminating in a successful sales year.
