As a Senior Account Manager at Ford Audio-Video, I am responsible for key account management for a portfolio of high-profile customers in their audio-visual needs. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, provide tailored proposals, and ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. In my previous roles, I have also demonstrated my skills in sales, negotiation, contract management, and problem-solving, working with leading companies such as Citi, Notion Music, and EMAGIC.
