In this position I had P & L and process accountability for .5 Billion Dollars in annual sales across 26 sears stores in Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando and Southern GA. I also partnered with HR to support 3,000+ sears associates in Recruiting, Training and Staffing. I traveled stores to ensure brand standards are in place and stores are operating based on our retail excellence operating model

In this role I led the training organization for the Southeast. I was responsible for the onboarding and sales training experience for over 15,000 Sears store associates throughout the Southeast. My team of 30 salaried trainers throughout the Southeast focused on onboarding new associates and training incumbent associates on the sales process.
