I have worked over 32 years in Sales, at our family start-up business. Starting in my early 20's, I've been called a "Guru" of drinking water. I have helped develop the POU drinking water industry in Colorado before computers and cell phones. The growth in the state is incredible, while we have maintained a steady manageable solid company through the help of all our dedicated employees. The future is fruitful in our industry. I've seen companies start and finish, that have competed selling the same products. Over the years we have helped employ and manage individuals while they have found their life path. Though our business might not be for everyone, for a lifetime like myself, it might just be a job for someone who is in that moment is in discovering what they want out of life. I found over the years, PureWater Dynamics Inc. has been a home for those to sharpen their skills while making a living. The natural enthusiasm I have for this business is like not working, but rather, time. I found setting up a relationship sale to be longer-lasting, especially when your entire staff is on board, you cannot go wrong. This COVID-19 is opening a new generation of business while closing some old but solid practices. Seems like it is going state by state. Time to sharpen our skills. Challenging, yes! We need euntrinpinures and thinkers who are not afraid to challenge our leaders but to stay calm in conversation and ideals. For many who follow history, it may seem to be a step back in time.
