About David Strainge

I am an environmental engineer with 37 years experience leading Air Force operations and cleanup projects. Today I am proud to be part of ECT2's team helping customers develop and implement solutions to the growing challenge of PFAS contamination. Over my career I have supported wing commanders providing fuel spill cleanup, air emissions control, wastewater management, clean drinking water and asbestos management. I also had the pleasure of supporting the Air Force's European environmental program during a tour in Germany. For over twenty years I managed all aspects of remediation projects at installations across the country. When PFAS concerns emerged my base was one of the first identified for assessment and remediation.
