David Strait has over 27 years of experience as a business process management professional. Over his career he has gained experience in all facets of the BPR/BPM discipline through work on projects for a wide range of customers in both the commercial and federal markets. Early in his career he focused on the technology component of BPMU and architected and implemented many BPM platforms. He also developed BPM process solutions using a number of industry leading BPM tools and developed supporting software for integrations to external systems.As his career progressed, he continued his work in the technology area while also stepping into the role of process re-engineering and analysis. He worked with a methodology called Managing for Business Results to kick off BPR efforts and help customers define their mission, vision, goals and objectives for their re-engineering projects. He worked with customers to understand their business processes and identify gaps leading to process inefficiencies. Given his experience with automation development, he is able to translate these business requirements into technical requirements with insight into details required by developers.After 19 years with the company, David assumed the role of CEO of Dynamic System Solutions, a small business he helped found in 1992 to focus on the emerging BPM technology market.
