As the third employee at Lumicell, I led the design and development of the intra-operative cancer imaging software and device currently in clinics. This effort required assembling, motivating and mentoring an interdisciplinary team of scientists, engineers and regulatory advisors. Additionally, I implemented Lumicell's first quality system, guided its regulatory path and crafted its clinical protocols.Now, I am leading the spinout of a woundcare subsidiary, Precision Healing, that is developing technology to drastically reduce healing times in chronic wounds.

Postdoctoral Associate
As a post-doctoral associate at MIT, I used an assortment of imaging and spectroscopy techniques to understand how quantum dot solar cells work with the hope of improving their efficiency. In particular, I applied transient photoluminescence upconversion towards measuring exciton diffusion lengths in these devices, and scanning photocurrent microscopy to spatially resolve electric fields.
