I am a Chartered Accountant by qualification and am currently an executive within the Vitality Global leadership team. As part of my role, I help with the contracting, negotiating and implementation of new Vitality partner markets, as well as the ongoing relationship management. With decades of experience in commercial finance, I’ve had considerable exposure across most industries including manufacturing, retail and financial services as well as in my current role in the health insurance industry. During my time with Vitality I’ve enjoyed traveling to a number of new countries and being exposed to different cultures, all with a similar goal: to live healthier, longer, more fulfilled lives. A career highlight for me was being part of the first team to launch Vitality globally. We are now present in over 40 markets, impacting millions of lives worldwide. I strive to create a work environment where my colleagues feel empowered and purpose-led, and get my most enjoyment mentoring and coaching future Vitality leaders. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me tackling a DIY project at home or running – I have a lifelong goal of being able to run 5km in a time that is always equal to half my age!
