Oversee all phases of a construction project from initial planning to completion. Supervise the sub contractor’s foreman to ensure their activities meet or exceed the projects plans/requirements. Coordinate the activities of a variety of trades people, professionals and laborers. Work closely with owners, project management, architect and engineers as needed to ensure expectations of all involved are met. Great communication and scheduling skills with everyone is critical. Safety, daily and status reports completed on time and in a precise manner with OSHA safety requirements strictly enforced at all times.

Retired as Sergeant First Class after 20 years of service.Held the position of Operations Sergeant over a 135 soldier company working closely with the company commander in Operation Iraqi Freedom II from March 2004 to March 2005.
