Current•Experience of selecting, procuring and installing an entire range of modern facilities (new and existing), plant, equipment and services inc HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) and M & E (Mechanical & Electrical)•Experience of Specifying, Tendering, and Project Managing contracts including all aspects of Construction, co-ordinating and authorising CDMc (Construction Design Management) Health and Safety files, cost control and logistics and all Legal aspects including Planning and Building Control. Inclusive of Contractor Control / Permit to work etc.•22 years experience in modern Cleanroom Technology (completed project managing a 2 year project in Milton Keynes in 2000, at the time the largest clean room in the UK at a cost of £4,500,000)•Project management experience gained over the past 22 years. (Projects up to £4,500,000 +)
