I am a Managing Director in the CTS group that drives profitable growth by providing professional financial leadership and resources focused on the development of large, complex deals.My current focus is on leading a team of finance professionals across UK and Ireland that collaborates effectively with Accenture’s leadership and multi-discipline teams across an extensive number of offerings to:- provide creative, objective financial deal shaping and investment leadership for larger higher risk client deals- work constructively with clients and Accenture leadership to ensure compelling business cases for both clients and Accenture- communicate the relationships between the drivers of business value and financial outcomes- support the closure of transactions by directly engaging with clients’ Finance and Commercial professionals in deal shaping, negotiation and due diligence.- assist board approvals from both Accenture and clients- drive financial and commercial best practice across AccentureIn addition to overseeing the support of transactions I oversee the career development and people management of our teams within the UK and Ireland. I also lead the Finance Graduate Scheme within the UK that seeks to recruit and develop the next generation of Finance leaders within Accenture.
