I began my career with MIS as a temp typing title insurance commitments out of our Charlotte, NC office. I was lucky enough to have great teachers who were willing to share their knowledge and quickly learned the ins and outs of the title insurance and closing business.I have experience in all aspects of the title industry on a national level: abstracting, examining, recording, curative, closing and escrow, policy issuance. I have been based in MIS offices located in 3 cities (Charlotte, NC, Miramar, FL & Phoenix, AZ) and consulted with managers in numerous other MIS locations. I have managed departments of both very small (3 people) and very large (75+) numbers of employees and trained them for both primary tasks and for crosstraining in other departments or areas. I market our products and services to mortgage loan originators and lenders of all types and sizes, and I am familiar with most loan programs and requirements as they relate to title, closing and appraisal issues. I dedicate myself to providing top-notch customer service to our lender clients and borrowers and work hard to ensure that the title and closing process is a positive experience for all involved. I continue to grow professionally by working with my colleagues and peers to overcome obstacles and solve problems both big and small.
