• Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements.• Maintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs and both team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures for TCR Plastics, Brasplast Europe BV and Ovimo Trading. • In conjunction with upper management, establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards.• Implement consistent accounting policies, VAT practices, and procedures across different countries, upholding international, and local legal standards by remaining knowledgeable about existing, new, and future legislation.• Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow• Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity

Our department is responsible for the process of planning and control of TCR and supervising the quality of accounting and financial reporting. I deal with (annual and quarterly) financial statements, VAT-problems, legislation for intercommunity or export freight, incoterms, LCs, forwards, periodic pledge calculations, improving business processes and procedures. For TCR, but also for our daughters Ovimo Plastics and Brasplast Europe.

The Army National Reserve is made up of citizen-soldiers who train part time and close to home, preparing for when they'll be needed. The Army National Reserve is a part of the Dutch Army, making up a large portion (3,500 men and women) of its combat force. They are trained just like full-time soldiers, and are expected to meet all the same physical and mental requirements. They are considered an extension of their full-time Army counterparts.
