Coordinated design and manufacturing in Germany and Switzerland. Successfully sold marine instrumentation business to Nortech Systems, Inc., including the transfer of assets, intellectual property, and licensing of patents.Developed/manufactured 20,000+ underwater video camera and well inspection sub-systems for Nature Vision Inc., including fully sensored underwater fishing cameras, digital video overlay, motorized spool mechanism with integrated 200 watt boost/buck switching power supply, GPS data interface, quadrature encoder measurement system, and wireless RF underwater video system. Coordinated manufacturing in Korea and China. Executed royalty agreements in the license of IP and patent rights.Developed/manufactured 7000+ speedometer control modules for use with Harley-Davidson motorcycles.Selected by Motorola as "Powered by Motorola" customer, featured at EPCOT.Developed sophisticated gas flow sensor and wireless gas appliance notification system. Novel design incorporates micro power wireless ASK transmitter with integrated antenna and lifetime battery supply. System required extensive knowledge of gas pressure and flow characteristics as well as national safety codes and requirements.2008 Minnesota Cup Business Plan finalist, 6th out of 845 entries, for new anti-snoring medical device.

Technology spinoff from Michigan State University to develop and market environmental data recorders, utilizing patented technology licensed from MSU.

On-site advisor to assist in due-diligence, evaluation of pending sale, and transfer of assets of $10M+ video/teleconferencing equipment company.

Developed and marketed line of EMI connector backshells and feed-thru products utilizing "parite" for electronic filtering applications under license from Greentree Technologies.

Managed all aspects of various CAD/CAM software products for the PCB layout, photo-tooling, and automated testing industry. Responsible for OEM sales, marketing, and product development. Successfully negotiated several large OEM contracts with manufacturers such as DuPont, atg, and NASA.

Design and development of millimeter wave radar antennas and subsystems for sensor/seeker applications.
