David has worked on more than 60 equity capital market transactions (IPOs, SPOs, privatisations, spin-offs, rights issues) across all Western European markets, as well as Russia, Eastern Europe and Saudi Arabia, which together raised more than $125bn. He also worked on more than 200 agreed, contested and hostile cross-border M&A transactions with a combined deal value of above $350bn. David’s profile raising and investor relations clients experience includes successful long-term positioning programmes for many European and Asian clients from across a broad range of sectors. David has also got extensive experience in working with companies defending themselves against activist investors. David is bi-lingual English-German and speaks French and Spanish.
