After 11 years in the flooring installation business, I made the jump into a sales/customer service focused roles. I quickly moved up the ranks and realized my knack for sales managment and passion for providing stellar customer service. Then I combined my flooring expertise and sales/customer service experience and went into project management. My background as an IT enthusiast has giving me the edge to quickly grasp new programs and adapt to different systems. I am Google IT Tech certified and plan to get CompTIA A+ certified soon. I am inspired and motivated by helping to improve systems and be a part of customer/employee oriented projects. Whether I’m working on music, computer services, or helping a customer find the perfect tile flooring, I find fulfillment in providing a creative, innovative, and supportive solution to every project I am a part of.
