I was born in Ecuador and came to The United States in 2006 to work as the editor of a Spanish newspaper. I got my first bachelor’s degree in social communication when I was 22, and since then, I have worked as a reporter, news writer, producer, and news chief. I am pursuing my second bachelor's degree in applied business management at BYU-I.After nine years of working in Iowa, I shifted my career to marketing and applied for an open position at C1st Credit Union. I love working with community organizations, leaders, and elected officials to improve public perception of the community and the company. I am passionate about the credit union's motto: “People are helping people.” I design strategies for public relations, external communication, social media, and community involvement. I am multitasking and detail-oriented.
